• 10% Technical Leadership & Architecture
• 20% Team Collaboration & Cross-functional Work
Tech Breakdown
• Python / Go / Node.js
• Data Engineering / Modeling
• Cloud Infrastructure (AWS)
• Frontend (React, Type Script)
What You Will Be Doing Qualifications
• Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years writing production-level backend code
• Experience with data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and event-driven systems
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
• Proven track record of owning and shipping durable backend systems
• Clear communication and collaboration skills
• Desired Skills & Experience
• Experience building internal platforms or developer tools
• Familiarity with statistical modeling or machine learning workflows
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures
• Comfortable working across the stack when needed (e.g., contributing to UI)
• Product-oriented mindset with attention to edge cases and user experience
