Identify, triage, debug and resolve issues/bugs across our various applications and platformsHave the ability to explain the various trade offs made in decisionsManage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverablesParticipate in AI-augmented development workflows for code review, testing, and documentationContribute to reusable platform capabilities to transition from product-by-product solutioning to scalable, config-driven infrastructureSkillsBS/MS or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experienceExperience with Python, GoProficiency in object-oriented programmingExperience working with data structures or algorithmsAbility to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, and cross-functional teamWrite well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable codeParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledgeParticipate in our teams oncall rotation.
