What You'll Do:
 Technical Leadership and Architectural Guidance:
 Lead by example, demonstrating a deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
 Provide architectural guidance and design oversight, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
 Foster a culture of technical excellence within the team, encouraging innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
 Code Quality and Review:
 Establish and enforce coding standards, code review processes, and quality assurance practices.
 Conduct regular code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality, readability, and maintainability.
 Implement automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous integration and delivery of high-quality software.
 AWS Expertise and Cloud Architecture:
 Utilize your expertise in AWS services to architect and implement scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
 Design and deploy cloud-native applications leveraging services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, and ECS/EKS.
 Implement best security, compliance, and performance optimization practices in AWS environments.
 Project Planning and Execution:
 Drive project execution, identifying key milestones, dependencies, and resourcing, monitoring progress, addressing impediments, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
 Cross-Functional Collaboration:
 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, quality assurance, and operations, to align priorities and deliver integrated solutions.
 Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, resolving conflicts and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
What You'll Need:
 7+ years of experience in Software Development as a software engineer
 Strong technical skills in programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript
 Extensive experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and proficiency in cloud architecture design and implementation. Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB.
 Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git).
 Solid fundamental background in multiple testing disciplines (e.g., APIs, Functional UI testing, Performance testing, data-oriented systems testing, distributed systems, etc.).
 Bachelors in Computer Science, or a similar math or engineering discipline.
