What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write product or system development code to enhance application performance
- Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders for technology decisions
- Review code developed by other developers and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to documentation and educational content based on updates and user feedback
- Triage product or system issues and resolve them by analyzing their sources and impacts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
- Minimum 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in an academic or industry setting
- Minimum 2 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems
- Strong problem-solving ability and excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Familiarity with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture
