*Software Engineer I - Production AI (Developer Support) Responsibilities:*
* Provide frontline assistance to developers by monitoring channels, triaging requests, and resolving issues efficiently.
* Maintain and operate internal AI services to ensure high reliability and uptime.
* Troubleshoot API, integration, and tooling issues through root cause analysis and resolution.
* Develop and update documentation such as user guides and operational runbooks.
* Build automation and workflows to streamline support processes and improve efficiency.
*Software Engineer I - Production AI (Developer Support) Qualifications:*
* At least 2 years of professional software engineering or equivalent experience.
* Proficiency in one programming language such as Python, Typescript, or Java.
* Experience working with APIs, debugging, and supporting production systems.
* Familiarity with cloud environments and basic DevOps practices.
* Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
