The mission of the Software Engineer (Full-Stack) at Cozey We are looking for a skilled and resourceful Full-Stack Software Developer to join the rapidly expanding Cozey team. We are seeking a builder with outstanding problem solving skills, who is excited to be part of a growing Canadian start-up with very large ambitions.Being a part of the Cozey tech team is more than writing code or executing against our roadmap. We want to give you all the tools you need to be successful and achieve your professional and personal goals.What you'll be doingBe responsible for full cycle development, including coding, testing, debugging, and deploying software, and features that streamline Cozey's backend operationsAssist and contribute to architectural designs and technical documentationAssist and work closely with team lead to help design and build software solutions to improve operationsMaintain, support, and enhance our existing backend applicationWe'd love to hear from you if you have5+ years of experience working with Node JS, and related frameworks5+ years of web development experience working with javascript, typescript, React JS and Next JS1+ years' experience working with Shopify & Shopify Plus. Solid understanding of Shopify APIS (Storefront, Admin, etc)Experience building large scale enterprise applications Experience in DevOps, Redis, Queuing is a nice to haveExperience in designing and developing server-less applications using AWS Lambda is preferredExperience with AWS services such as SQS, SNS, and Systems Manager (Parameter Store) is a plusStrong understanding of event-driven architecture and building scalable, resilient systemsResourceful, builder mindset, strong problem solving and learning skillsWe care about youYou will receive a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefit package.
