Software Engineer

They are seeking a Software Engineer to support the development of test systems for smart inverters and EV infrastructure, focusing on equipment automation control and customer support related to lab equipment. Responsibilities Contribute to the design and development of equipment automation control by using SCPI programming language using C++ Create well designed C++ implementation that is modular, robust and optimized Provide excellent customer support related to lab equipment control and automation Skills Must have at least a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent major 1-3 years of experience in development of lab equipment control and automation using SCPI Competent in C++ language Experience in the IEEE 1547 standards or similar grid standards a major plus Experience with Ametek, Keysight, Pacific Power, ITech or other grid simulator products a major plus Benefits First-rate medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k Paid time off Paid holidays Additional benefits Company Overview QualityLogic provides quality assurance and quality control testing for various markets and clients.
