You’ll work independently but thrive in a collaborative, small team environment where your contributions matter. If you are passionate about digital media, marketing technology, and creating impactful solutions, we’d love to hear from you.You’ll play a pivotal role in creating software that meets both client and internal requirements in the digital marketing and measurement space. This includes building products that integrate with marketing and analytics platforms, providing clients with more control and insight into their digital marketing activity. The role focuses on building scalable, automated solutions while ensuring clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain software solutions that integrate with marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Marketing Platform and Google Analytics.Build and optimise data pipelines using Python and tools such as Apache Airflow and dbt to automate data workflows.Develop APIs and backend services to support seamless data processing and integration with third-party services.Manage cloud infrastructure using services such as BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Run.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand technical requirements and provide solutions that align with business goals.Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable by following best practices.Contribute to internal innovation initiatives by building proprietary tools and solutions.About YouProven experience in software development using Python.Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP (AWS or Azure also considered).Proficiency in building data pipelines and implementing automation frameworks.Experience in developing and integrating APIs with third-party services.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.A collaborative, curious, and proactive approach to problem-solving.Bonus PointsExperience with Rust or Golang for command-line tools.Familiarity with marketing technology APIs (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Meta Ads).Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Data Studio.Knowledge of DevOps practices such as infrastructure automation using Terraform or CloudFormation.Hands-on experience with machine learning models and statistical analysis.Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet around 60% of the criteria, women and individuals from underrepresented groups often apply only when they meet every single requirement.
