The Role
We are looking for a Software Development Engineer II – DevOps to help us scale and secure our infrastructure through automation and sound engineering practices. You will play a key role in building and maintaining cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring setups, and infrastructure as code.
This is a hands-on engineering role where your contributions will directly impact how we build, ship, and run our products. What you will do:
Design and own scalable, secure infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP
Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support rapid and safe deployments
Lead container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker for production workloads
Drive monitoring, logging, and alerting standards to improve visibility and reliability
Implement automation using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
Collaborate across engineering, QA, and product to align on environments and workflows
Define and implement security, secrets management, and access control best practices
Establish disaster recovery strategies and backups for critical systems
Champion reliability engineering practices, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
Mentor team members and influence engineering standards and culture What we are looking for:
6+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or SRE roles
Proven ownership of production infrastructure at scale
Deep experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Proficient in at least one infrastructure-as-code tool (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
Hands-on with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm, etc.)
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar
Practical experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative, engineering-driven environment Nice to Have:
Certifications like AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA, or similar (not mandatory)
Experience with serverless platforms (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)
Exposure to managing and tuning production databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL)
