Architect and lead the development of AI-powered loan processing automation and risk assessment models.
Design scalable, high-performance microservices and APIs using C#, JavaScript (React), and SQL/NoSQL.
Implement AI/ML models in production environments and optimize MLOps practices.
Drive AI-powered fraud detection mechanisms.
Enhance and scale CI/CD pipelines with AI-driven testing, security, and deployment optimization.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
Work closely with product management and leadership to define AI-driven innovation strategies.
Lead cross-team collaboration for AI adoption across the platform.
Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for integration.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in full stack software engineering.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Expert-level proficiency in C#, JavaScript (React), and SQL/NoSQL.
Strong experience in one of the following AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, Amazon SageMaker).
Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS).
Advanced expertise in MLOps, AI-driven CI/CD pipelines.
Experience leading technical teams and AI-focused initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
Innovation Focus Areas:
