• Our client is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer with experience working with Marketing Cloud in the Operational Excellence Technology organization.
• This organization manages the platforms and systems delivering capabilities to our marketing business partners.
• As a member of the Operational Excellence Technology team, you will be immersed in a collaborative, innovative, and technically challenging environment.
• As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for design, development, and delivery of Salesforce artifacts.

responsibilities:
As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for helping to deliver quality technology and software initiatives by:
• Analyzing complex business and systems requirements and providing technical solutions to meet user requirements
• Designing and developing solutions on Salesforce Marketing platform integrating with backend systems and working closely with our development, product teams and Architects Ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables
• Collaborating with business partners on issues
• Partnering with application and data developers on designs, models and best in class implementation
• Interacting with experts from across client in different support organizations and business groups
• Being a member of Agile team(s) that focuses on delivering what the client needs
• Partnering with production support and Campaign management team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure 24x7 availability of production systems
qualifications:
As a team member you will have the following attributes:
• Strong foundational understanding of application development concepts and technologies
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, coupled with a desire to take on responsibilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex system issues in business terminology
• Ability to handle high-priority projects with deadlines for deliverables with minimal defects
• Confidence in interfacing with business partners at various levels
• Ability to learn and understand the business functions that the team supports
• Ability to work independently as a member of an Agile scrum team
• Detailed oriented and a self-starter
• Must be able to quickly grasp complex concepts and learn new technologies

• Ability to learn and interface with multiple technology domain partners, including offshore vendor teams and internal groups
• Must be able to reach out and seek out information from senior members on the team
• Genuinely concerned with the success of the team than with getting credit for your contributions
