Your New Role...

WBD Sports & Bleacher Report are seeking a talented Social Media Programmer to join our Sports Portfolio team. You'll be primarily responsible for programming and editing content for the B/R CFB portfolio, but may also be asked to support other TNT Sports properties.

Role Accountabilities...

Identify and create (edit/package) content to program on our social platforms.

Clip and edit/package programming from TNT studio shows and broadcasts.

Collaborate with team members to develop and implement original and curation content strategies

Curate content from our Direct Messages on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X (Twitter)

Monitor X, TikTok and other social aggregation tools on a daily basis.

Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices

Qualifications & Experience...
• Ability to work nights and weekends; position will be responsive to college football schedule and sports broadcast hours
• A primary understanding of college football, inclusive of high school recruiting
• A strong understanding of multiple additional sports
• Deep understanding of current and emerging social platforms
• Able to write clean copy and proofread
• Passion for pop culture, sports, sports betting and digital media
• Able to handle last-minute or quick-turnaround deadlines

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $40,768.00 - $75,712.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
