The Video Editor will be responsible for crafting engaging video content across multiple platforms, including social media, YouTube, and digital ads. From short-form reels to long-form YouTube content, you’ll play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual storytelling.

What You'll Do
Edit and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including:
Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
Long-form YouTube videos.
Social media ads and promotional content.
General social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools to enhance video quality, add animations, and incorporate special effects.
Cut, trim, and edit raw footage into polished, engaging final products.
Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and background music as needed.
Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring correct formatting, aspect ratios, and file sizes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video strategies that align with branding and campaign goals.
Maintain consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all video content.
What You Need
Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
Experience editing both short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, ads, branded content) videos.
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and video engagement strategies.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality content.
Experience with motion graphics and animations is a plus.
Knowledge of social media trends and best practices for video content.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience with color grading and sound design.
Familiarity with AI tools for video editing and automation.
Salary
Competitive salary.
This is a full-time, long-term position.
The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement.
Work from home.
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
