Social Media Strategy & Design Specialist
We are seeking a strategic, client-facing Social Media Strategy & Design Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize high-performing social media programs for a portfolio of home services clients. This role blends strategy and creative execution building monthly and quarterly social strategies aligned with client goals, planning and managing organic and paid campaigns, analyzing performance data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. As a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, you will confidently present strategies and results to clients while collaborating cross-functionally with other internal teams to ensure campaigns align with broader initiatives and drive measurable business impact.
In addition to strategy, you will design engaging, on-brand visual content including static graphics, motion graphics, and short-form video optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. You’ll execute high-volume content calendars, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, refine creative based on performance and feedback, and support scheduling through social management tools (Sprout Social preferred). The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of hands-on social media experience in an agency environment, strong proficiency in Canva and Meta Ads Manager, deep knowledge of platform best practices, and a portfolio that demonstrates both strategic thinking and high-quality visual execution.
