We’re looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, digital trends, and driving engagement through smart, data-driven social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the company’s presence across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.). Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns. Write engaging, creative captions in both Arabic and English while maintaining the brand’s tone of voice. Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and community interactions. Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.). Collaborate with design and advertising teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency across all channels. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats. Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on insights and KPIs.
Requirements
2–3 years of proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or agencies. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and content optimization. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in both English and Arabic. Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, or equivalent. Experience in content creation, especially short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, or Stories). Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop. A creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into compelling social content.
