Responsibilities
Social Media Analytics:
• Use social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, TikTok Analytics, Facebook and Instagram Insights) to monitor performance across platforms.
• Track and analyze global social media metrics, extracting insights to inform campaign strategies and improve performance.
• Conduct quarterly social media performance reports across global markets and share actionable recommendations for improving effectiveness.
Social Trend Monitoring and Strategy Support:
• Research and monitor global social media trends across all major platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Groups) to identify timely opportunities to engage authentically and strategically.
• Collaborate with internal creative team to ensure social content aligns with platform-specific trends and brand objectives.
• Develop recommendations for proactive participation in trending topics, challenges, and conversations relevant brand and audiences.
TikTok Content and Community Management:
• Manage TikTok content and community interactions, fostering meaningful engagement and responding to comments.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and guide the production of relevant, on-brand content that reflects social trends and resonates with target audiences, including TikTok.
• Use TikTok Analytics to track performance and optimize future campaigns.
Collaboration & Communication:
• Partner with internal teams to align platform strategies with global social media goals.
• Provide regular updates on industry news, global trends, and competitive analysis teams, ensuring these insights complement broader social media trend tracking and strategy development.
• Share insights and social media performance updates to ensure collaboration and alignment.
Preferred Skills
• Experience conducting competitive analysis and researching global social media trends.
