Job Summary

Duties

ā¢ Create engaging and visually appealing content including graphics, videos, and photography to promote our brand.
ā¢ Conduct thorough research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform content creation.
ā¢ Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments or inquiries in a timely manner.
ā¢ Utilize social listening tools to gather insights on brand perception and audience sentiment.
ā¢ Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
ā¢ Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
ā¢ Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
ā¢ Proofread all content for accuracy and clarity before publication.
Requirements
ā¢ Proven experience in social media management or related fields.
ā¢ Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
ā¢ Proficient in video editing software and web design principles.
ā¢ Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
ā¢ Excellent public relations skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively.
ā¢ Knowledge of photography principles is beneficial.
ā¢ Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
ā¢ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
ā¢ Experience with social listening tools is preferred.
