Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for social media trends.

Duties
• Develop and execute social media content strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content including graphics, videos, and photography to promote our brand.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform content creation.
• Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments or inquiries in a timely manner.
• Utilize social listening tools to gather insights on brand perception and audience sentiment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
• Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
• Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
• Proofread all content for accuracy and clarity before publication.

Requirements
• Proven experience in social media management or related fields.
• Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in video editing software and web design principles.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Excellent public relations skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of photography principles is beneficial.
• Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Experience with social listening tools is preferred.
