Social media pro to write and post to Instagram and Facebook
About Us
We work with independent grocery stores to help them grow their business through e-commerce and digital marketing. We’re looking for a part-time social media savvy freelancer who can create engaging content, design simple creative assets, and manage an editorial calendar on Airtable.
We need someone who can:
• Write compelling social media copy (Facebook and Instagram).
• Design eye-catching visuals or graphics (using Canva preferred or similar).
• Manage an editorial calendar in Airtable to plan, schedule, and track content.
• Work independently while taking direction from our team.
Requirements
• Strong writing and editing skills with a marketing/social media voice.
• Experience creating social media posts for retail, food, or local businesses preferred.
• Comfortable using Airtable (or quick to learn).
• Familiarity with Canva for producing designs
• Understanding of basic social media strategy (engagement, storytelling, consistency).
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines on a part-time schedule.
