Social Media Marketing Specialist | Meta Ads & Multi-Platform Management
We are a digital marketing agency looking to bring on an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to support our growing client base. Our clients are primarily in service-based industries, and we are expanding our social media offerings to complement our existing SEO and paid search services.
This is a contract engagement starting with a defined scope project, with strong potential for ongoing work across multiple accounts as the relationship develops.
What We're Looking For:
We need someone who can hit the ground running — someone who understands both the strategy and the execution side of social media marketing. You should be comfortable working independently, communicating clearly, and delivering work that represents a professional agency standard.
Core Areas of Focus:
• * Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — primary focus, including ad campaign setup, audience targeting, creative direction, and performance optimization
• * Supporting platform presence across LinkedIn, TikTok, or Google as appropriate per client
• * Content planning and calendar management
• * Copywriting and creative coordination
• * Audience research and campaign strategy
• * Performance reporting with clear, client-ready metrics
What a Strong Candidate Looks Like:
• * Proven experience managing Meta Business Manager and running paid ad campaigns
• * Comfortable developing strategy, not just executing tasks
• * Experience working with service-based businesses (healthcare, construction, home services, professional services, etc.)
• * Able to produce or coordinate content creation including graphics and short-form video
• * Strong written communication and organized workflow
• * Comfortable operating within an agency environment and adapting to established processes
Deliverables for This Engagement:
Specific deliverables will be defined collaboratively based on current client needs but may include one or more of the following:
• * Social media audit of existing platform presence
• * Content strategy and 30-day content calendar
• * Meta ad campaign setup and launch
• * Monthly performance report template
• * Ongoing account management
