Key Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth. Oversee content creation, scheduling, and posting across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to enhance KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written content aligned with the brand’s identity. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective strategies. Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and nurture a strong online community. Partner with paid media teams to align organic and paid strategies for maximum impact. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management, ideally for e-commerce or DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands. Exceptional communication and copywriting skills with a knack for storytelling. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics. RequirementsRequired Tools & Skills Experience: 3+ years in social media management or a related role. Platforms & Tools: Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later). Analytics Expertise: Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Analytics. Paid Campaigns: Hands-on experience in creating and managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Preferred Tools & Skills Design: Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually compelling content. Video Editing: Experience using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro. Project Management: Knowledge of project management tools such as Notion or Asana.
