Social Media Manager & Website Coordinator - Contract to Hire
We’re looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Manager.
This role focuses primarily on social media content with additional responsibilities supporting Wix websites and light WordPress updates.
Scope of Work (Approx. 25 hours/week)
Social Media (Primary Focus)
• Edit Instagram Reels and TikTok videos
• Create engaging organic content
• Edit short-form ad creatives for paid campaigns
• Add captions, hooks, subtitles, and trending sounds
• Write captions in English and Portuguese
• Schedule and publish content
• Maintain content calendars
• Stay on top of trends and bring creative ideas proactively
• Upload creatives into Meta Ads Manager

Website Support (Secondary Role)
• Build and launch simple 4–6 page websites using templates
• Customize layouts, images, and sections to match branding
• Ensure websites look clean, modern, and mobile-friendly
• Upload and update content as needed
• Handle basic WordPress updates and maintenance
This is not a developer role, but we are looking for someone with a strong visual eye who can independently put together clean, professional websites using templates.

Requirements
• Must be fluent in English
• Portuguese is a strong plus (some clients require it,)
• Strong experience editing Reels / TikTok videos
• Experience creating ad creatives
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager
• Strong eye for design and layout (video + web)
• Experience working with Wix templates
• Basic familiarity with WordPress
• Organized and able to manage tasks independently

We love using AI tools to work smarter and faster, and we expect our team to be comfortable using them as well.
However, we are not looking for someone who simply copies and pastes what AI writes. We want someone who knows how to use AI as a tool to improve creativity, speed, and ideas while still thinking critically.
