Social Media Manager (to Post Short Form Reels)

We are a short form content agency that specializes in cutting content for independent content creators in the political space (podcasters, talk show hosts, public figures etc.)
We cut short form reels for our clients for Instagram, TikTok, YT and more.
We also post for these clients on their behalf by gaining access to their social accounts.
This job role would consist of someone to:
- Help clients give us access to post to their accounts. This includes scheduling a time during onboarding to meet with the client at hand and walk them through giving social access to our team. Most social media platforms allow us to receive access as a manager but some require us to log in AS the client themselves.
- Post either 1 or 2 of our produced reels to the respective client accounts each day (depending on the clients)
- Be available to post at 2 consistent times each day in the afternoon. i.e. 3PM EST and 6PM EST
- Be available to answer client questions at random times through the day or to make quick changes to reels posted
- Ability to come up with a short, effective caption based on a summary of the dialogue in the videos themselves. (we also use AI to assist)
Expectations:
We need someone who can work on Saturdays as well to complete any pending tasks but not required
We need someone who can effectively communicate with team members at multiple times throughout the day via phone
We need someone who is well versed in social media, giving access and overall how the platforms and tools operate
We need someone who works well with teams and has excellent communications
We need someone to be able to attend team meetings each and every Friday at 10AM EST
