The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in building and engaging Better Brush Corp.’s online community across various social media platforms. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy, creating engaging content, and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience. Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic social media plan that aligns with Better Brush Corp.’s brand objectives and business goals.
Content Creation: Create high-quality and engaging content for social media channels, including posts, videos, stories, and graphics.
Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with our online community. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
Audience Growth: Implement tactics to grow our social media following and increase engagement. Explore partnerships, collaborations, and influencer marketing opportunities.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and performance indicators. Use insights to optimize content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Identify opportunities for innovation and experimentation.
Brand Advocacy: Identify and cultivate brand advocates and ambassadors. Encourage user-generated content and leverage user testimonials to amplify brand messaging.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and integration of social media efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a start-up or high-growth environment.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
