Position Overview:
The Social Media Manager/Content Creator will oversee and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. The role focuses on creating visually stunning and engaging content, building meaningful community relationships, and driving results through innovative strategies.
This position requires a creative mind, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends. You will play a critical role in amplifying our clients voices and aligning their online presence with their overall brand identity.
Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Strategy
Develop and execute content calendars for client social media platforms, primarily Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Create compelling visual content, including photos, reels, stories, and graphics.
Tailor captions and hashtags to align with client branding and trends.
Collaborate with the AD Media Group team to align content with broader client goals.
Community Management & Engagement
Monitor and engage with client communities daily by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Cultivate relationships with followers, influencers, and collaborators to strengthen brand presence.
Maintain an inclusive, professional, and on-brand tone for all interactions.
Social Media Growth
Identify and implement strategies to grow followers and engagement organically.
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors who align with client objectives.
Monitor emerging trends to keep client brands relevant and ahead of the curve.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report key performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.
Use data insights to refine strategies and recommend optimizations for clients.
Provide clients with detailed performance reports outlining actionable insights.
Collaboration & Campaign Support
Partner with the AD Media Group team to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
Assist with other marketing tasks as needed, such as blog posts, newsletters, and event planning.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management or content creation, with a strong portfolio of work.
Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, including platform-specific best practices and trends.
Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools
Strong visual storytelling skills, with experience in photo and video editing.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and paid social campaigns is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high-quality work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
