Social Media Manager and Strategist

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to take ownership of social media strategy, engagement, and content execution for multiple brands. We have worked on campaigns for RFK JR, Calley Means, Ways2Well, Truemed and more. Our Instagram: MUST SEE EXAMPLES OF WORK What You’ll Do Manage daily posting & content scheduling across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with brand goals. Monitor and engage with comments, DMs, and community conversations in a timely manner. Implement lead generation strategies (e.g., comment-to-DM funnels, engagement campaigns). Track and analyze social media performance, reporting on key insights and optimizations. Monitor and respond to online reviews (Google, Trustpilot, etc.). Identify and engage potential influencers for brand partnerships and collaborations. Keep up with trends and social media best practices to maximize engagement and reach. Who You Are 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably for brands in the health, wellness, or lifestyle industries. Willingness to work hard trumps experience for us. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging social captions and responses. Experience with analytics tools and reporting (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.). Knowledge of influencer marketing and online reputation management. Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts efficiently. Bonus Skills Experience with paid social media advertising. Basic video editing or content creation skills. Willingness to work hard trumps experience for us.
