• Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools.
• Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
• Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and audience sentiment, providing insights to refine content strategies.
• Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices for discoverability on search engines and within social platforms.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance and inform future initiatives.
• Collaborate with public relations teams to craft positive brand narratives and manage relationship management efforts with influencers, partners, and community members.
• Plan and execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach specific audiences effectively.
• Maintain proofreading standards to ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and free of errors before publishing.
• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for visual content creation.
• Skilled in video editing software to produce engaging multimedia content tailored for various platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Expertise in social listening tools such as Brandwatch or Mention for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends.
• Familiarity with social media marketing strategies including Facebook Advertising and platform-specific best practices.
• Excellent relationship management skills to build partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and community members.
