Social Media Manager and Content Creator
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator who lives at the intersection of beautiful visuals, strategic storytelling, and performance-driven marketing.
This role owns the content process from start to finish for assigned clients — from concept to creation to scheduling — with a strong focus on Instagram content and Meta Ads. You’ll be working closely with a small, collaborative team that values creativity, experimentation, and delivering content that's truly beautiful and effective.

Responsibilities
• Own content conception, creation, and scheduling from start to finish for Instagram accounts
• Create Meta Ads (static, video, and story-based formats) aligned with brand and campaign goals
• Maintain strong visual cohesion and aesthetic consistency across all content
• Craft engaging, conversion-minded captions with strong calls to action
• Design high-quality posts, carousels, and story sets in Canva
• Edit short-form video content using tools like CapCut, InShot, Instagram Edits, or similar platforms
• Support brand storytelling through thoughtful content strategy and execution
• Stay current on social media best practices, trends, and platform updates
• Track and understand social media KPIs and analytics, using insights to optimize content
• Manage time effectively across multiple clients and deadlines
• Collaborate with the team, remain open to feedback, and actively participate in experimentation and creative pivots
Qualifications
• Proven experience managing and creating content for Instagram (portfolio or examples required)
• Strong eye for design, detail, and visual storytelling
• Excellent written communication and marketing-oriented copywriting skills
• Comfortable designing in Canva (this is a must)
• Confident editing short-form video content
• Solid understanding of social media performance metrics and what drives engagement and conversions
• Highly responsible, organized, and reliable
• Comfortable communicating regularly with clients
• Strong time management skills in a remote environment
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and excited to collaborate
