Social Media Manager and Content Creator

We’re seeking a talented Social Media Manager and Content Creator who will play a crucial role in managing social media strategies, creating captivating content, and driving a buzz for the brand across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aligned with Le Vian's brand objectives, manage accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube, curate coordinated visual content, write compelling copy, schedule posts, and manually post TikToks and Reels.
• Content Creation & Video Production: Create visually captivating content including images, videos, TikToks, and YouTube shorts; develop short-form videos that align with trends; and collaborate with the merchandising team to highlight featured products and tell compelling brand stories.
• Influencer Strategy: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies by identifying, collaborating, and negotiating partnerships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach and engagement.
• Social Campaign Development: Design innovative social media campaigns, contests, and collaborations that drive user-generated content and brand advocacy while staying current with trends.
• Community Management: Monitor and engage with the social media community, respond promptly to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers and brand advocates.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a social media manager, content creator, or brand strategist, preferably in the luxury retail or jewelry industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth.
• Proficiency in shooting and editing videos, with emphasis on short-form content for TikTok and YouTube.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy and narratives.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Passion for jewelry and a keen eye for design and luxury aesthetics.
