Social Media Manager and Content Creator
JPart-Time Social Media Manager (Remote)
$15–$18/hour | 8–10 Hours/Week | Flexible Schedule
We’re a small digital agency that specializes in Google Ads, but we also manage social media for a select group of loyal clients—mainly in the home services space. We’re looking for a reliable, creative, and organized Part-Time Social Media Manager to take over all aspects of social content creation and scheduling across four client accounts.
This is a consistent, long-term opportunity for someone who’s comfortable working independently, loves staying organized, and can balance creativity with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and schedule 4–5 posts per account per week (approximately 20 posts total each week)
• Manage a mix of content: graphics, photos, short videos, and blog shares
• Use Canva templates to design clean, on-brand visuals (no graphic design from scratch required)
• Write captions using ChatGPT or original copy, following the brand’s tone and voice
• Coordinate with our in-house video editor when video content is needed
• Track and schedule client-specific posts (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, bios) using Google Sheets
• Schedule content using Publer across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business Profile
Qualifications
• Strong written communication skills in American English
• Friendly, lighthearted personality with a professional work ethic
• Experience with Canva and a good eye for visual design
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business Profile
• Comfortable using Google Sheets to stay organized and manage post calendars
• Willingness to learn and use Publer (training provided)
• Bonus: Basic video editing experience (not required)
