Our expertise spans complex areas including family-based petitions, asylum, work visas , and investor visas. We are seeking an experienced and ambitious in-house Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our digital brand presence, focusing primarily on hyper-targeted lead generation and establishing our attorneys as authoritative thought leaders. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy, performance-driven role focused on marketing and client acquisition. You will own the firm’s social media engine—from idea to execution to measurable client growth. Core Responsibilities - Develop and execute a content strategy focused on client acquisition - Plan, script, film, and edit high-performing short-form video (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) - Oversee YouTube content (titles, thumbnails, retention strategy) - Manage platforms: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook - Create scroll-stopping hooks and high-retention content - Turn complex legal topics into clear, engaging content - Produce rapid-response content based on immigration news and policy updates - Track performance and optimize based on actual client conversions - Work closely with attorneys and intake team to understand what content drives real business Compensation Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 (NYC, in-person) Monthly Performance Bonus (Client Acquisition Volume): - $150 per client (1–10/month) - $200 per client (11–25/month) - $250 per client (26+/month) Bonus is based on the number of clients generated through marketing efforts and tracked through firm systems. Additional Performance Bonuses - 30–39 clients/month → $1,000 - 40–49 clients/month → $2,500 - 50+ clients/month → $5,000 Performance Benchmarks - 20–30 short-form videos per month - 4–8 YouTube videos - Daily posting and engagement - Consistent audience growth - Multiple posts exceeding 100K+ views - Target: 15–25+ clients generated per month from social media Required Skill Level - Proven experience growing social media accounts with measurable business results - Strong understanding of: - Short-form video editing and pacing - Hook creation and audience retention - Platform algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) - Ability to: - Film and direct content confidently - Edit efficiently (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) - Write compelling captions and titles - Strong execution speed and ability to operate independently Preferred - Experience in legal, finance, or other regulated industries - Experience with multilingual content (especially Spanish) - Experience with interview-style or street-style content Important - All client attribution must be tracked through firm systems - This is a marketing and business development role - Compensation is based on performance metrics and client acquisition volume, not legal fees - This is an in-person role in NYC Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
