Social Media Manager and Content Creator

We are hiring! We’re looking for a result-driven content leader – someone who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram, understands trends, knows how to engage audiences, and can take full ownership of Tayloáni’s online presence in the U.S. Whether you’re creating content yourself or managing creators – your mission is to build buzz and make our brand impossible to ignore. Responsibilities: • Produce 14+ videos per week for TikTok – filmed by you or sourced from creators you manage • Plan, manage, and publish: • 3–5 daily Instagram Stories • 2–3 feed posts per week • Recruit and manage content creators (no limit to how many) • Write briefs, coordinate shoots, handle basic editing, and deliver on time • Strategically plan all weekly content – based on campaigns, trends, and goals • Lead organic engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and spark community around the brand You Are: • Deeply familiar with beauty content and influencer culture • Passionate about TikTok, Reels, and content that performs • Organized, proactive, and resourceful • A strong communicator, fluent in English (writing and speaking) • Bonus: You’ve worked with a hair care brand before and understand the beauty audience To Apply: Please include: • At least 3 TikTok or Reels videos you’ve produced that became viral (high views, shares, or engagement) • Links to beauty-related content you’ve created • Your Instagram and TikTok profiles or accounts you’ve managed What We Offer: • Flexible, remote-friendly schedule • Creative freedom with structure and clear brand direction • Opportunity to grow with a fast-rising brand • Performance-based bonuses and long-term potential Ready to lead content that sparks growth, trends, and loyalty?
