Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with experience in ads management and basic graphic design to grow and engage our online audience. You’ll be responsible for creating and scheduling content, running paid ad campaigns, and designing simple graphics to support marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Plan, set up, and optimise paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads). Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels. Design basic graphics using Canva or Adobe tools to enhance content. Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results. Stay updated on social media trends and best practices. Engage with the audience and respond to comments/messages. Requirements Requirements: Experience in social media management and ads management (Facebook Business Manager is a plus). Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator). Strong copywriting and content creation abilities. Analytical mindset with knowledge of social media insights and reporting.
