DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our fun and growing platform services division, working across various movies, tv shows, studio brands, and more! Our ideal candidate will be responsible for creating & managing innovative and engaging social media campaigns across various clients. For this role, we’re looking for experience in developing social strategies, building out content calendars, conceptualizing social creatives, and engaging with audiences on social media channels.Your Impact Create and manage innovative and engaging social media campaignsIdeate social media content buckets and creativeStrategize talent activations, sweepstakes/contests, and digital activationsPost content to all social media channelsFacilitate community management on all social media channelsBuild out content calendars and create a timeline for each campaignWrite creative copy and adjust voice/tone from project to projectParticipate in brainstorms for various campaigns across the companyCollaborate with the creative team to maintain the campaign’s aesthetic Administer reporting and analyticsKnowledge of paid media campaigns as neededYour Experience Experience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environmentExperience working across social campaigns in the entertainment industry (movies, tv, streaming, etc.)Strong copywriting skillsKnowledge of paid social media is appreciated but not requiredExcellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skillsYour Availability M-F: 9am-6pm PSTCompany culture you ask?
