Our goal is to strengthen our position locally and expand internationally , turning TRC into an English-speaking global club with members and speakers from Western markets. The next milestone: 1,000+ active members , supported by our global projects. Key Goals and Responsibilities Content traffic management: Write viral Reels scripts Write YouTube video scripts Purchase ads in niche Telegram channels (for lead magnets and funnels in our bot & main TG channel) Manage contractors for video editing and design Warming up & converting traffic: Create story-based warm-up scripts for and Warm up subscribers in the Telegram channel @upwork_club Build lead magnet funnels in Telegram bots leading to auto-purchase of club subscriptions Analytics: Track funnel conversion and organic traffic growth. Ensure users move through the funnel (registration → lead magnet → application → auto-payment). Expected Results Build and maintain a content factory (one idea → multiple formats: posts, shorts, videos, carousels, text posts, repurposing across platforms) Create a consistent flow of leads from organic content. Achieve 100 auto-payments/month within 1–2 months and maintain upward growth (subscription: $59). Who We’re Looking For 1+ year of SMM experience (ideally in online schools or infobusiness projects). Experience running warm-up and launch campaigns for educational products with monthly revenue of $30,000+. Proven cases of viral content creation (Reels / Shorts). Active use or willingness to learn AI tools, to build AI agents for trend-watching, scriptwriting, image/video generation, and funnel automation. Strong analytical skills, not just engagement metrics, but “content → registration → lead → conversion → auto-payment.” English proficiency is required for writing, analytics, and content creation in both Ukrainian and English. Compensation & Conditions Total: $1,000–$2,000/month (base + KPI) , with potential to reach $3,000/month as growth targets are met. Remote work, 5/2 schedule (10:00–19:00 your local time).
