Social Media Coordinator

Brightland Homes is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to develop and administer content designed to engage users and foster an interactive relationship between consumers and the company.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify and upload/create artwork, articles, and other items to the Company's digital marketing to keep them current and relevant
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including content development, ads, posts, images, and videos
• Manage the Company's online reputation by tracking and coordinating feedback from various social media websites and ensuring follow-up
• Coordinate model home photography for all divisions
• Perform market research, including industry trends, competitive information, and competitors' marketing efforts, and perform market analysis
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
• Assist in administering promotions and monitor/track ad performance; make recommendations based on information gathered
• Identify and develop new approaches to the Company's digital marketing
• Develop and expand digital audiences
• Oversee ad and post design
• Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of digital campaigns
• Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience
• Highly skilled in the use and administration of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, X, etc.
• Desire to learn and grow in the marketing field
• Knowledge of practices and procedures for conducting market research
• Strong customer service skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Detail-oriented and precise in work product
• Highly creative
• Highly organized
• Able to multitask and see projects through to completion
• Strong time management skills
• Able to develop and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships
