You will be responsible for complying with performance indicators defined by the specific client's operation, which includes reviewing, classifying, and eliminating highly sensitive content uploaded by users. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve complex issues regarding content within agreed-upon turnaround times and quality standards, ensuring that corporate confidentiality policies are strictly followed to protect customer information. Your responsibilities will also include providing insights and trends to help improve overall processes and making recommendations for policy and product enhancements. You will need to remain informed about key workflow changes, operational guidelines, and community standards to effectively perform your duties. This position is based on-site at our Port Saint Lucie, Florida location, and requires a flexible schedule to meet changing business needs.
