Your Responsibilities:
Review content to determine community guidelines are met while upholding a high standard of accuracy and quality
Participate in frequent refresher training to implement correct policies
Comply with performance indicators and parameters defined by the client's operation
Review, classify, and eliminate highly sensitive content according to client parameters
Investigate and resolve complex issues regarding content within agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality
Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely
Participate in continuous training programs for optimal development in the role
Provide trends and insights to develop improvements to overall processes and provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements
We're Looking for:
Ability to work on-site at our El Paso, Texas location
Experience navigating internet websites, including social media and commercial websites
Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
Comfortability reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit material
Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills
Availability to work various shifts and flexibility to meet changing business needs
Strong computer skills, including Windows operating systems and ability to use multiple windows and/or programs at the same time
Ability to type 25 wpm and high school graduate or GED equivalent (proof required)
Predictable and reliable attendance, with 6 months of customer service experience preferred
Proven oral and written communication skills, with organization and work prioritization skills
