Social Media Content Creator (TikTok & Instagram)
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a US-based freelance Video Content Creator with a personality that screams “For You” page-ready, who’s proven that they can create content that is, as the kids might say, straight up bussin. You will have to fill our feeds with attention-grabbing content that people want to share with their friends, in the family group chat, or with their colleagues they don’t talk much with. You’ll be the face of our brand on social media.
You’ll work remotely with our creative team, with the freedom to experiment, jump on trends while they’re still hot (not bandwagoning on a month-old meme), and help shape how our brand shows up on TikTok and Instagram.
This starts as a freelance role, but for the right person, it can grow into a long-term, ongoing collaboration.
Must Haves:
• You’ve grown an account or gone viral more than once.
• You’re fluent in memes and trends - new and old, niche and mainstream.
• Your screen time is impressive, albeit slightly concerning.
• You understand TikTok pacing.
• You know how to be cringe without being cringe (if you get that you’re the right person for the job).
• 7
• You can recognize a US social media trend before it hits the mainstream.
• You have main character energy and aren’t afraid of stopping a stranger on the street for an improv interview if the content calls for it.
Bonus Skills:
• You know CapCut isn’t just a template engine on TikTok. You know your way around basic design and video tools.
• You’ve got a “Deadlines first - doomscrolling later” mindset.
• You actually check retention, watch time & engagement (not just vibes).
• Proficiency in Labubology is not required, but highly respected.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
