Social Media Content Creator for Reels and Graphics (Meta + TikTok) - Very Basic

We are looking for a consistent and detail oriented Social Media Content Creator to support weekly content production for a national workforce development organization focused on healthcare careers.

You will be provided with all raw content including photos, videos, testimonials, and messaging. Your role is to turn these into polished, engaging posts for Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and TikTok.

This is an execution focused role. We are looking for someone who can create clean, engaging content while following a clear brand direction.

Responsibilities

• Create 3 to 4 posts per week (mix of reels and static graphics)

• Edit short form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok

• Design simple, clean graphics using Canva or similar tools

• Format content for each platform

• Maintain consistent branding and visual style

• Deliver content on a weekly schedule

Requirements

• Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok
