Social Media Content Creator (CPG Brands)

Nature’s Flavors is home to a growing portfolio of consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands, spanning wellness beverages, lifestyle products, and functional food. We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Content Creator to help bring these brands to life through high-performing, short-form content. This role is creator-first. You will spend most of your time concept, filming, editing, and publishing content, not managing from the sidelines. If you love being behind the camera, understand what makes content perform, and enjoy turning trends into sales-driving creative, this role is for you. This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday) at our Anaheim headquarters. Responsibilities: Content Creation (Primary Focus) • Concept, script, film, edit, and publish short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and Snapchat. • Create a mix of UGC-style videos, lifestyle content, product demos, trend-based edits, skits, and storytelling formats. • Translate brand messaging into engaging, platform-native content that drives reach, engagement, and conversion. • Stay ahead of trends, formats, and platform shifts to adapt them thoughtfully to our brands. • Collaborate with our in-house Graphic Designer while being comfortable creating simple graphics or edits yourself when needed. Social Publishing & Performance • Own posting schedules and content calendars across multiple brands. • Monitor content performance and iterate quickly based on results (hooks, retention, engagement, clicks). • Support paid content boosts when needed (budget managed by leadership). Community & Collaboration • Engage with audiences through comments and DMs to help build active brand communities. • Support influencer and creator collaborations by helping guide creative direction and content usage. • Work closely with Brand and Marketing teams to align content with launches, promotions, and campaigns. What We’re Looking For: • * 3-5 years of social media content creation experience (OR exceptional results if under 3 years. Show us your wins!) • Proven success growing accounts across social platforms. • Strong content editing skills (CapCut, Premier, Final Cut, or other mobile native tools) • Deep understanding of social trends, hook, pacing, storytelling, and what drives engagement. • Ability to manage multiple brand voices. • Strong organizational skills. You must be able to juggle calendars, launches, and posting. • Excellent communication and collaboration Bonus Skills to Have: • Passion for sports and wellness • Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) • Experience with paid boosts or running ads • Product photography or content shooting experience. • Experience working with AI tools. • **Please submit your portfolio to be considered.
