Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator

An established Los Angeles–based contemporary brand is seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator to join its in-house creative team. They are seeking an independent, resourceful individual for a hands-on Content role. Manage day-to-day operations for a creative-led brand. Report to the Creative Director and Founder, you will collaborate and be able to move the needle on visual storytelling, schedule posts, and identify real-time content opportunities within the studio. Our client’s target woman is cool, confident, and comfortable. She possesses a polished yet edgy style that is sexy without being overt. While trend-aware, she is highly selective, adopting only what suits her body and lifestyle. Her presence and energy ensure she is noticed even without saying a word. RESPONSBILITIES • Capture and edit short-form video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. • Manage, plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts and stories • Identify spontaneous, real-time content opportunities within the studio • Sample Management: Organize and manage samples for photoshoots and influencer collaborations. • Influencer Coordination: Handle gifting logistics, track coverage, and summarize performance results. • Content Library: Maintain an organized digital library for easy access. • Community Engagement: Interact daily with the online community using the brand’s voice. • Analytics: Review performance trends to inform future creative direction. REQUIREMENTS • 3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing. • A strong eye for design, fashion, and social trends. • Proficiency in Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Express, or similar creative tools. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Familiarity with Instagram Business or Meta Business Suite. • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to identify opportunities independently • Work in-house in DTLA • Bonus: Prior experience in fashion, styling, or e-commerce Employment Type: FULL_TIME Apply tot his job
