Agency: Pollux Castor Creative Advertising & Production Market Area: RGV & Surrounding Area Position: Digital Media Specialist: Full Time Social Media Content Creators help film, create, post and run social media content and campaigns across various platforms including social media (primary) and other digital media platforms. These individuals are creative, think critically and have a strong attention to detail. They build strong relationships with brands, have content creation understanding and are able to provide reporting and summaries of reach/influence. Primary Duties • Develop and implement a social media strategy for multiple clients. Work with in-house creative team to create monthly content calendars. • Partner with in-house production team to create original content for brands (i.e videos, photos, reels, promotions, events, etc). • Create social media ad budget to achieve client goals. Setup, review and launch targeted social media ads via all plaforms. • Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy • Use social media reporting software to provide monthly reporting (impressions, engagment, etc) and key takeaways per brand Experience and Skill Set • Experience as a social media specialist or similar position • Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Tik-Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other platforms • Ability to create content and work with in-house production team to develop content • Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills • Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO • Experience doing buyer persona and audience research Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: • Paid time off Work Location: In person Apply tot his job
