We are hiring an experienced Social Media Content Creator to support our company brand, podcast, and leadership personal brand. This role is responsible for planning, creating, editing, and distributing content across all major social platforms while helping build a consistent, high-performing digital presence.
This is a hands-on role for someone who has professionally managed social media for a business or brand and can demonstrate real results.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with company goals, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and events Record, edit, and repurpose podcast audio and video into short- and long-form content Capture content using iPhone and professional camera/recording equipment as needed Edit content specifically for each platform, including: – TikTok – Instagram & Facebook (Reels, Stories, Posts) – LinkedIn – X / Threads Apply best practices for hashtags, captions, formats, and platform timing Create organic, story-driven content showcasing company culture, how-to education, and field work Go live on social platforms when appropriate Support paid social campaigns, funnels, and performance-driven content Identify and create viral short-form clips from long-form and podcast content
Required Experience
• Professional experience managing social media for a business, brand, or media property (Personal use of social media alone does not qualify.) Proven track record of growing social media channels with measurable results Experience planning and executing a strategic content calendar Strong video editing, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills Experience producing and editing podcast audio and video Familiarity with tools such as: – Riverside – DaVinci Resolve – CapCut – Opus Clips
– Adobe Premiere Comfortable filming and publishing content in real-time, fast-moving environments
Portfolio Submission – Required

Compensation
$65,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience and demonstrated results.
Pay: $31.25 - $40.87 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
