Social Media & Content Coordinator – Real Estate & Construction
Crawford Construction Corp and Grand Haven Properties are seeking a part-time Social Media & Content Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This role will also support marketing efforts for our new YouTube channel The Flip Side of Building, focused on Chicagoland fix-and-flips, new construction, and real estate development. Key Responsibilities: · Manage content calendar for all platforms · Upload and optimize YouTube videos with proper SEO, tags, and descriptions · Edit and repurpose long-form videos into short-form clips for social media · Create branded graphics and thumbnails in Canva · Post and engage on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook · Monitor analytics and provide monthly growth reports · Collaborate with owners on new content ideas Qualifications: · 2+ years experience managing business social media accounts · Proven track record of growing YouTube and/or Instagram accounts · Strong editing skills for Reels/TikTok (CapCut, Canva, or Adobe) · Experience in real estate or construction niche a plus · Excellent communication and organizational skills Schedule & Compensation: · Part-time: 10–15 hours/week to start · Location: Remote with occasional in-person meetings (Chicago preferred) · Pay: $20–$30/hour based on experience · Potential to grow into full-time marketing manager To Apply: Please send your resume, social media portfolio, and links to accounts you’ve managed to: [email protected].
