Key Responsibilities • Monitor social media channels and campaigns for performance, engagement, and reach. • Collect, track, and analyze social media data using various analytics tools. • Generate regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement. • Identify emerging social media trends, platforms, and content formats relevant to client industries. • Assist in competitive analysis and benchmarking social media activities. • Collaborate with content creators and strategists to optimize future social media content. • Contribute to the development of social media content calendars and strategies based on data-driven insights. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media best practices and platform changes.
