Social Media Coach / Strategist (Brand Growth)
Job Overview: Arro Studios is looking for an experienced Social Media Coach / Strategist to help brands grow their online presence, increase engagement, and create content strategies that drive visibility and revenue. This role involves guiding businesses on how to develop content that performs well on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a strong focus on creating content that has the potential to go viral.
The ideal candidate understands social media trends, algorithms, audience psychology, and how to translate content performance into measurable business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Coach and guide brands on how to grow and scale their social media presence
• Develop strategies to increase engagement, reach, and follower growth
• Help businesses create content designed to perform well and go viral
• Analyze social media performance and provide actionable recommendations
• Teach brands how to create consistent and effective content strategies
• Stay up to date on trends, algorithms, and best practices across social platforms
• Collaborate with the Arro Studios creative team to align content with marketing goals
Skills
• Proficiency in social media marketing platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
• Expertise in social listening tools and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics for data-driven decision making
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and e-commerce strategies for integrated brand growth
• Skilled in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content
• Excellent relationship management skills for influencer outreach and community engagement
• Strong proofreading abilities ensuring all content aligns with branding standards
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
• Proven experience growing brand accounts on social media platforms
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and viral content strategies
• Experience increasing engagement, reach, and revenue through social media
• Ability to analyze analytics and turn insights into strategy
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
