As a KME.digital Social Media Associate, you will be responsible for juggling the social media presence of several clients, each with a unique voice and target goals. In this fast-paced work environment, our social media associates must be self-starters who can develop, manage, and execute thoughtful, lead-generating social media strategies.

Ā Stays up to date on social media tools, trends, and best practices
Ā Passion for digital storytelling
Ā Strong writing skills and ability to write accurately, quickly; prior copywriting experience a plus
Ā Outstanding written communication and presentation skills
Ā Demonstrates ability to get things done independently and in a team environment
Ā Experience in designing social media graphics and creating video content
Ā Creative thinking and ability to connect trends to various industries
Ā Strong Research & Organization Skills
Ā Impeccable Proofreading Skills
Responsibilities:
Ā Developing daily posts and corresponding graphics for multiple clients and in a broad range of industries
Ā Maintain and track approval of social media calendars
Ā Scheduling of posts using automation tools
Ā Monitoring client comments, mentions, and DMs
Ā Monthly reporting to clients on the success of the social media strategy
Ā Keep up with industry news, knowledge, and best practices
Ā Assist in research, development, and curation of content ideas
Ā Collaborate with other departments for multi-channel promotional plans
Ā Identify opportunities for content promotion
Ā Proofread and edit content produced by other members of the team
