We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell V-280 Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) and the Bell 360 Invictus Future Attack and Reconnaissance Aircraft (FARA), part of the US Armys Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless, Bells Autonomous Pod Transport (APT), and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold tilt-rotor. This position is onsite in Fort Worth however, exceptions for alternate work arrangements may be considered.
Social Media Associate
We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Associate to join our team onsite in Fort Worth, Texas. In this entry level role, you will play a key part in planning, developing, and executing social media campaigns and collaborate with teams across the enterprise. If you have a passion for social media and possess strong communication and organizational skills, we invite you to help us drive our social media presence to new heights.
What youll be doing as a Social Media Associate
Contribute to the planning, development and execution of social media campaigns that include military, commercial, and brand content.
Assist in the scheduling and organization and posting of both organic and paid social media content and associated daily tasks.
Monitor social media mentions and respond promptly and professionally to common inquiries.
Manage the intake and workflow of social media requests from across the business and maintain status updates in our project management system.
Regularly update and engage with key internal stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure social media strategies align with overall company goals.
Skills You Bring To This Role
Experience with Social Media channels like LinkedIn, Meta, X, and Youtube.
Knowledge or experience with the Sprout social media management platform is a plus.
Basic understanding of project management tools and techniques.
Proficient with Microsoft tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook are necessary.
Creative and analytical sills with the ability to create compelling presentations and slide decks.
Excellent personal and communication skills with the desire to be highly collaborative.
Ability to multitask and work with tight turnaround times and strict deadlines.
What You Need To Be Successful
Bachelor's degree in marketing, social media, communications or a related field.
0 -2 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving social media trends and algorithm changes, and a willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on best practices in social media marketing.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
