You’ll manage social media interactions across multiple platforms, nurture prospects through strategic DM conversations, and help convert leads into booked sales calls. You’ll work directly with existing content assets and proven scripts to maximize engagement and drive business growth.ResponsibilitiesActively engage with community members on the School platform by responding to posts and fostering meaningful interactionsManage Instagram direct messages using proven scripts to nurture leads and convert prospects into booked sales callsHandle DM conversations across multiple social media platforms to guide prospects through the sales funnelCreate and publish engaging Instagram stories using existing B-roll footage and branded content materialsCross-post content across multiple social media platforms utilizing pre-created YouTube videos, PDFs, and other marketing materialsTrack and manage leads in Go High Level CRM system with detailed notes, follow-up scheduling, and conversion trackingProvide quick, responsive customer service during peak Eastern Time Zone business hoursFollow established scripts and proven processes for consistent lead generation and customer engagementSupport content distribution strategy by repurposing YouTube content across various social platforms RequirementsProven experience with Instagram management, including direct messaging and story creationAvailability to work during Eastern Time Zone business hours, particularly 9 AM - 2 PM peak engagement periodExperience with CapCut or similar video editing tools for simple content creation and editingExcellent written communication skills with ability to engage authentically on social media platformsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts and processes consistentlyDemonstrated ability to provide quick response times for real-time social media managementSelf-motivated with ability to work independently while maintaining regular communicationExperience with School platform preferred but not required (training will be provided)Familiarity with Go High Level CRM system preferred but not requiredInterest in fitness and wellness industry, particularly serving busy moms demographicPotential for weekend work availability and flexibility for business growth opportunities Independent Contractor PerksPermanent work from homeImmediate hiringZR_26801_JOBOriginally posted on Himalayas
