About the Role
This is an entry-level Social Media Assistant role supporting UK-based businesses through Remote Recruitment. No prior experience is needed — full training is provided so you can hit the ground running from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Creating and scheduling social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X)
Engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages
Assisting with content planning and social media calendars
Monitoring social media analytics and preparing simple reports
Supporting campaigns and promotions for UK clients
Requirements
Matric certificate or equivalent (no experience required — training provided)
Familiarity with major social media platforms
Creative mindset with good written English
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Equipment & Setup
Reliable laptop or desktop computer
Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
Quiet, dedicated home workspace
Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
